Mead Centre-The Dolphin collaboration

During April, the picturesque and popular Dolphin Pub, in the middle of our town, promoted the unique attributes of the Mead Centre, as their Charity of the Month.

This collaboration demonstrated our joint vision of valuing our community; its people and town amenities and especially spreading joy and fun.

Many of the Mead Centre activities were promoted throughout the month, including the Repair Shop, the Sensory Room, Time 4Everyone, the Larder, and Chatty Café sessions. Every Tuesday morning during April, the community was invited to visit the Chatty Café tables. It was a great opportunity to meet new friendly people, and everyone was made very welcome by Mead Centre volunteers and Dolphin hospitality staff.

Additionally, The Dolphin organised a fun Easter activity for everyone on the 19th April. This was an Easter Bunny Charity Bar Hop and Epic After Party. This proved to be a fun, inclusive event. Feedback on the collaboration was very positive.
